13.04.05.01   Maryland School for the Blind.

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department on transmittal from
the State Department of Education, in ac-
cordance with regulations prescribed by said
State Department of Education. Any part of
this appropriation, by consent of both par-
ties may be used for matching purposes in
the event Federal Funds are available. This
appropriation is contingent upon the school's
complying with the provisions of Article 85A,
Section 16 of the 1957 Annotated Code.

13.04.05.02   Maryland Workshop for the Blind

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department on transmittal from
the State Department of Education, in ac-
cordance with regulations prescribed by said
State Department of Education. Any part of
this appropriation, by consent of both par-
ties, may be used for matching purposes in
the event Federal Funds are available. This
appropriation is contingent upon the work-
shop's complying with the provisions of
Article 85A Section 16, of the 1957 Anno-
tated Code.

Of the amount hereby appropriated, funds for
Home Service Program for the Blind shall be
transferred to the State Department of Edu-
cation—Vocational Rehabilitation by ap-
proved budget amendment when all adminis-
trative details have been agreed upon by the
two agencies involved.

13.04.05.03   Maryland Academy of Sciences.

This appropriation is contingent upon the
academy's complying with the provisions of
the 1957 Annotated Code.
