Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 360(b) of Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Executive and Administra-
tive Departments," subtitle "Capital City Commission," be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

(b) The membership of the Commission is composed of eleven
(11) THIRTEEN (13) persons, chosen or specified as follows: The
President of the Senate of Maryland; the Speaker of the House of
Delegates of Maryland; the Director of State Planning for Maryland;
the State Senator SENATORS for [Anne Arundel County] the dis-
trict encompassing the City of Annapolis; the mayor of the City of An-
napolis; the county executive of Anne Arundel County; the superin-
tendent of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis; and four
persons to be appointed by the Governor of Maryland of which one
he shall designate as chairman of the Commission.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

(Senate Bill 238)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 222 (b)
of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Supple-
ment), title "Public Education," subtitle "Chapter 20. Source and
Distribution of Income," amending the laws concerning the State's
share of certain principal and interest payments on local debt for
school construction in order to make special provision for a certain
portion of such debt.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 222 (b) of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1967 Supplement), title "Public Education," subtitle "Chapter
20. Source and Distribution of Income," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(b) For the school year 1967-68 and thereafter, each county and
Baltimore City shall be entitled to and shall be paid by the State of
Maryland each year in the manner and subject to the limitations
hereinafter provided an amount to be known as school building
construction aid which shall be calculated as follows:
