repealed, and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(c) (6) In the event that it is determined by the Executive Direc-
tor that an individual has received benefits which are recoverable
by the Executive Director under the terms of Section 17 (d) or 17 (e)
of this article, the benefits so received shall not, for the purposes of
the experience-rating provisions of this subsection, be charged against
the account of any employer in any computation made for any
fiscal year commencing after the date [when such sums are actually
recovered by the Executive Director] of said determination by the
Executive Director, provided no benefit charges shall be removed
from the employer's account if the payment of such benefits was
made as a direct or indirect result of the employer's failure to
provide information to the Executive Director as required by this
article or the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to add new Section 9 (64) to Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and 1967 Supple-
ment) , title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall Be Taxed
and Where," to follow immediately after Section 9 (63) thereof
exempting from county taxation the buildings used primarily for
fund raising events for the Union Hospital of Cecil County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 9 (64) be and it is hereby added to Article 81
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume
and 1967 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What
Shall Be Taxed and Where," to follow immediately after Section
9 (63) thereof and to read as follows:

(64) For purposes of county taxation in Cecil County, the fol-
lowing buildings located at Fair Hill and primarily used for fund
raising events for the Union Hospital of Cecil County: Farmers'
Grandstands, Bleachers, National Cup, Aintree and Fair Hill Stands,
Mutuel Building, Green Barn for Races, Secretary's Office, Jockey
Room, Toilets, Main Race, Tea, Cow and Storage barns, water tower,
Grandstand Cow Show Area and Butler Building.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.
