AN ACT to repeal Sections 33-34, inclusive, 36-40, inclusive, 41,
42-43, inclusive, 44-48, inclusive, 50, 51-56, inclusive, and 57-62,
inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Garrett County
(1957 Edition, being Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Circuit Court," subtitles "Speedy Judgment
Act," "Rules," "Practice," "Clerk to Grand Jury," "Crier," "Court
Stenographer," "Indexes," to eliminate the specified sections and
groups of sections in their entirety from the Code of Public Local
Laws of Garrett County, corresponding to the subtitles, "Speedy
Judgment Act," "Rules," "Practice," "Clerk to Grand Jury,"
"Crier," "Court Stenographer," and "Indexes."

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 33-34, inclusive, 36-40, inclusive, 41, 42-43, inclusive,
44-48, inclusive, 50, 51-56, inclusive, and 57-62, inclusive, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Garrett County (1957 Edition, being Article
12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Circuit
Court," subtitles "Speedy Judgment Act," "Rules," "Practice,"
"Clerk to Grand Jury," "Crier," "Court Stenographer," and "In-
dexes" be and they are repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to add new Section 115A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Cecil County (1961 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County," subtitle "County
Commissioners," to follow immediately after Section 115 thereof,
creating and establishing a Board of Parks and Recreation in Cecil
County, defining its functions, duties and powers and relating

generally to the powers of the Cecil County Board of Parks and

Recreation and of the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil
County. ENABLING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
CECIL COUNTY TO ESTABLISH A BOARD OF PARES AND
RECREATION IN CECIL COUNTY AND GENERALLY RE-
LATING THERETO.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 115A be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Cecil County (1961 Edition, being Article 8 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County," sub-
title "County Commissioners," to follow immediately after Section
115 thereof, and to read as follows:
