PURPOSE, if any, will provide funds sufficient for the payment of
said maturing principal and interest; exempting said bonds and
said refunding bonds and the interest thereon from all State,
county and municipal taxation in the State of Maryland; and pro-
viding that the power to incur indebtedness and issue bonds
therefor under the provisions of this Act is additional and alterna-
tive authority for borrowing money and shall be regarded as sup-
plemental and additional to powers conferred upon the County by
other laws.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That, as used herein, the term "County" shall mean the body politic
and corporate of the State of Maryland known as the County Com-
missioners for Prince George's County, and the following terms shall
have the following meanings:

(a)    the term "public airport facilities" shall mean the acquisi-
tion, by purchase, condemnation or any other legal means, of land
or property, or any rights therein ANY LEGAL MEANS, OF
LAND OR PROPERTY, OR ANY AIR RIGHTS OR
OTHER RIGHTS OR INTERESTS THEREIN, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION AVIATION EASEMENTS, AND
CLEARANCE EASEMENTS, located in Prince George's County
GENERALLY IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE
INTERSECTION OF MARYLAND ROUTE 214 AND U. S. ROUTE
301 OR RELATING THERETO and the establishment, construction,
enlargement, alteration, improvement and equipping of an airport
or airports including, without limitation, buildings, permanent im-
provements and access roads thereto, on said land or property, or on
any land or property now or hereafter owned or controlled by the
County, for public purposes, and for doing any and all things neces-
sary in connection therewith or pertaining thereto, including, without
limitation, the architectural and engineering services incident thereto ;

(b)    the term "industrial parks" shall mean (i) the acquisition,
by purchase, condemnation or any other ANY legal means, of land or
property in Prince George's County GENERALLY IN THE
SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF
MARYLAND ROUTE 214 AND U. S. ROUTE 301 IN ONE
CONTIGUOUS TRACT AS NOW determined by the County to
be suitable as the site or sites for the establishment of one or more
industrial parks to encourage and promote the creation of new in-
dustry and the growth of existing industry in Prince George's
County and (ii) the grading of such site or sites, the construction
of access roads, RAIL SERVICE TRACKS AND TAXIWAYS, THE
CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF BUILDINGS the con-
struction and installation of all utility services and the doing of any
and all things necessary in connection with or pertaining to the ac-
quisition and development of such land or property as industrial sites
including but not limited to the architectural and engineering services
incident thereto. The selection of the site or sites for such industrial
parks shall rest in the sole discretion of the Board of County Commis-

sioners for Prince George's County and any such selection or any

finding that the establishment of such industrial park will encourage
and promote the creation of new industry and the growth of existing
industry in Prince George's County shall be conclusive.
