Ordered, That the monies appropriated for the expenses of this
Special Legislative Session of 1967 as set forth in the Appropriation Bill,
be paid upon the joint order of the President of the Senate and the
Speaker of the House of Delegates.

Ordered, That the duly elected and appointed Delegates of the Mary-
land House of Delegates shall be paid mileage for their attendance at
this Special Legislative Session of 1967.

Ordered, That the several desk officers of the Maryland House of
Delegates for this Special Legislative Session of 1967, shall be paid mileage
for their attendance at the same rate as applies to legislators for the
Cities and Counties of their respective residences:

Ordered, That the Speaker shall appoint the employees necessary for
the proper transaction of the business of this Special Legislative Session
of 1967 as provided for in the budget, this order to remain in effect until
changed or modified by the House of Delegates.

By Delegate Lowe:

Ordered, That the House of Delegates Committees appointed by the
Speaker of the House of Delegates during the Regular Legislative Session
of 1967, be and they are hereby continued to serve during this Special
Legislative Session of 1967; and be it further ordered that the Speaker
is hereby authorized and empowered to fill any vacancy or vacancies that
may exist in said committees by reason of death, resignation or any
other manner.
