EXTRAORDINARY SESSION

Annapolis, Md., Thursday, June 22, 1967.

State of Maryland, To Wit:

This being the day prescribed by the Proclamation of the Governor
of Maryland, for the meeting of the General Assembly of Maryland, in
Special Session, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., J. Waters Parrish, Secretary of the
Senate for the 1967 Regular Session, proceeded to call the Senate to order.

Prayer was offered by the Reverend James A. Madison of St. Anne's
Episcopal Church, Annapolis, Maryland.
