(f) The authority may be granted under the terms of this section
to a doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy as defined herein for
the use of the entire body of any person for medical education,
research and study in the same manner and form as provided by the
previous sections [subsections]; except that the authority granted
by an instrument for this purpose may be revoked by actual notice
to the holder of the body within seventy-two hours after death by a
parent, spouse, child, brother or sister of the deceased.

(b) No person, other than [a] one duly licensed [medical physician
or dentist,] to practice medicine and surgery or dentistry, shall in
any manner hold himself out to any other person as being able to
prescribe treatment for, or cure the disease of cancer.
(c) No person, or other than [a] one duly licensed [medical
physician or dentist,] to practice medicine and surgery or dentistry,
shall in any manner undertake to treat, or prescribe for the treatment
of the disease of cancer.
(d) No person shall sell or offer to sell, or give away, except upon
the prescription of [a] one duly licensed [medical physician or
dentist,] to practice medicine and surgery or dentistry, any drug,
medicine, compound, nostrum or device which is represented by the
manufacturer or seller thereof to have curative powers when used
in the treatment of the disease of cancer.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
