for] and each judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Baltimore;
to the clerks of the circuit courts for the several counties, one copy
of the laws for office use and one copy of the journals [and docu-
ments] for the inspection of the citizens; to each of the associate
judges of the several judicial circuits, except the eighth circuit, one
copy of the laws; one copy of the laws [,] and journals [and docu-
ments] for each member of the General Assembly; one copy for the
offices of the county commissioners; and one copy for each justice
of the peace,
trial magistrate, substitute magistrate and [juvenile
court magistrate] People's Court Judge in and for their respective
counties; the said copies to be delivered by the clerks of the circuit
courts and the clerks of the Baltimore City Court. The remaining
volumes of the Session Laws [,] and journals [and documents],
including copies of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
deposited in the State Library, shall be retained in the State Library
or distributed under the supervision and direction of the library
committee of the Maryland State Library or may be used by the
State Library for exchange purposes.

The remaining copies of the laws [,] and journals [and docu-
ments] shall be subject to the disposition of the committee mentioned
in Section 166.

164.

The State Library shall deliver to each public circulating library
or library association which may make application therefor one copy
of the laws [,] and journals [and documents]; provided there be at
the time of the application more than fifty copies of the volume ap-
plied for in the Library.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 64
(House Bill 167)

AN ACT to change the name of the subtitle "Corrupt Practices"
of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1966 Supplement), and to provide that the new name of the
subtitle shall be "Fair Elections Practices".

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of the subtitle "Corrupt Practices" of Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement),
be and it is hereby amended and that the new name of this subtitle
shall be "Fair Elections Practices".

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
