(House Bill 386)
AN ACT to add new Section 12(d) to Article 66B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, (1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement), title
"Zoning and Planning," subtitle "Planning," subheading "Munic-
ipal Planning and Zoning Commission," to follow immediately
after Section 12 (c) thereof and to add new Section 22(b-2) to
said Article, title and subtitle of said Code subheading "Zoning,"
to follow immediately after Section 22(b-l) thereof, to provide a
salary for the Kent County Planning and Zoning Commission and
an expense allowance for the Kent County Board of Zoning
Appeals.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 12(d) be and it is hereby added to Article 66B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, (1957 Edition and 1966 Supple-
ment), title "Zoning and Planning," subtitle "Planning," subheading
"Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 12 (c) thereof and to add new Section 22(b-2)
to said Article, title and subtitle of said Code subheading "Zoning,"
to follow immediately after Section 22(b-l) thereof, and all to read
as follows:

(d) Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section in Kent
County, the chairman of the Commission shall receive as expense
compensation the sum of eight hundred dollars ($800) annually,
and each of the other members of the commission shall receive as
expense compensation the sum of four hundred dollars ($400)
annually.

(b-2). Each member of the Kent County Board of Appeals shall
receive one hundred dollars ($100) annually for expenses.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 237
(House Bill 387)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 336 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and
1966 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle
"Crimes and Punishments," subheading "Injuries—Reports of,"
amending the law relating to reports of certain injuries in certain
counties to include municipal police among those agencies to which
such injuries may be reported, and including Anne Arundel
County in the section.
