or statement was supplied or made by the applicant, or that the
application was not properly completed. A further appeal to the
Court of Appeals may be prosecuted by either the Superintendent of
the Maryland State Police or the applicant from the decision reached
by the circuit court or Baltimore City court in accordance with this
subsection.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 41
(Senate Bill 57)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 442 (g)
of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supple-
ment), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Pistols," cor-
recting an error in the laws respecting the sale of pistols and
revolvers.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 442 (g) of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1966 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle
"Pistols," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
442.
(g) No dealer shall sell or transfer a pistol or revolver to an appli-
cant whose application has been timely disapproved, unless such
disapproval has been subsequently withdrawn by the Superintend-
ent of the Maryland State Police and/or his duly authorized agent
or agents or overruled by the action of the courts pursuant to sub-
section (h) below.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 466 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supple-
ment), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "I. Crimes and

Securities," correcting an error in the laws respecting receiving
stolen goods, money, or securities.
