Prison Operation
To become available immediately upon the pas-
sage of this budget, to provide funds for
overtime payments, increased cost of food
and other operating expenses and the repair
of cell blocks to be disbursed to the various
institutions as needed by budget amendment.

AN ACT relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commis-
sion, to add a new Section 71-1A. to the Montgomery County
Code, 1965 Edition, being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County," subtitle "Chapter
71. Washington Suburban Sanitary District," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 71-1 thereof, and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 83-42 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, 1963 Edition, being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County," subtitle "83. Washington Suburban Sanitary District,"
as last amended by Chapter 872 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of 1965; to recodify in the Montgomery County local
laws provisions extending the boundaries of the Washington Sub-
urban Sanitary District to a certain area in Prince George's County
and relating to the authority of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission to construct water mains and sewer lines through the
Calvert Manor subdivision in the Washington Surburban Sanitary
District and to the Commission's supervision of any extension of
the existing Calvert Manor water system in the same manner as
provided for Commission supervision of other privately owned
public water systems, TO CODIFY IN THE 1965 EDITION OF
THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CODE CERTAIN BI-COUNTY
PROVISIONS FORMERLY ENACTED WHICH EXTENDED
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE WASHINGTON SUBURBAN
SANITARY DISTRICT TO A CERTAIN AREA IN PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE COM-
MISSION'S APPROVAL OR SUPERVISION OF THE PRI-
VATELY OWNED PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM IN THE
CALVERT MANOR SUBDIVISION OF PRINCE GEORGE'S
COUNTY IS NOT REQUIRED.
