13.07.00.02 General State Tuition Scholarships

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department to eligible institutions
on transmittal from the State Scholarship
Board in accordance with regulations pre-
scribed by said Board and the provisions of
Article 77, Sections 284D to 284G, of the
1957 Annotated Code and the 1966 Cumula-
tive Supplement. This appropriation is con-
tingent upon the eligible colleges complying
with the provisions of Article 85A of the
1957 Annotated Code.

General Fund Appropriation ...................... 342,000

13.07.00.03 Teacher Education Scholarships

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department to eligible institutions
on transmittal from the State Scholarship
Board in accordance with regulations pre-

Article 77, Section 284H of the 1957 Anno-
tated Code and the 1966 Cumulative Supple-
ment. This appropriation is contingent upon
the eligible colleges complying with the pro-
visions of Article 85A of the 1957 Annotated
Code.

13.07.00.04 Charlotte Hall School

In return for the allowance, Charlotte Hall
School shall furnish scholarships, provided
by Article 77, Section 268B of the 1957 Anno-
tated Code and the 1966 Cumulative Supple-
ment. This appropriation is contingent upon
the school's complying with the provisions of
Article 85A, Section 16, of the 1957 Anno-
tated Code.

General Fund Appropriation ....................          49,300

13.07.00.05 The Johns Hopkins University

In return for the allowance, The Johns Hopkins
University shall furnish scholarships as pro-
vided by Article 77, Section 280, of the 1957
Annotated Code and the 1966 Cumulative
Supplement. This appropriation is contin-
gent upon the university's complying with
the provisions of Article 85A, Section 16, of
the 1957 Annotated Code.

13.07.00.06 Maryland Institute of Baltimore City

In return for the allowance, Maryland Insti-
tute of Baltimore City shall furnish scholar-
ships in accordance with Article 77, Section
