tions of the motor vehicle laws and to change the address used by
the Department of Motor Vehicles when notifying motor vehicle
operators, motorcycle operators, chauffeurs or applicants for li-
censing of the refusal, suspension or revocation of such licenses.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 105 (d) of Article 66˝ of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Adminis-
tration—Registration—Titling," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
105.
(d) The Department, after due hearing, may refuse, suspend
or revoke the operator's license, motorcycle operator's, chauffeur's
license or special chauffeur's license or the registration of any
vehicle granted under this article for any violation of this article
by any such applicant, licensee or registrant, and for any other
cause or reason which, in the opinion of the Department renders the
holder of any such license or registration an unfit or unsafe person
to hold the same; provided at least three (3) days' notice by regis-
tered or certified letter to the address [given by the person when
applying for his license or registration certificate] as shown by the
records of the Department, shall be given; and further provided
that said person shall have the right of appeal as provided for by
Section 109.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

(Senate Bill 188)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 90 (a) of
Article 66˝ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supple-
ment), title "Motor Vehicles", subtitle "Administration—Regis-
tration—Titling", to require applicants for a motor vehicle opera-
tor's or chauffeur's license to submit proof of his age and identity
to the Department of Motor Vehicles with the application for
licensing and to delete an obsolete reference to the office location
of the Department of Motor Vehicles from this section.
