(Senate Bill 66)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 263A(c)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Fish and Fisheries,"
subheading "Part 2. Tidal Waters—In General," correcting an
error in the law relating to the sale, purchase and transportation
of rockfish.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 263A (c) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1966 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Fish and Fisheries," subheading "Part 2. Tidal Waters—In Gen-
eral," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
263A.
(c) Any person who buys striped bass (roccus saxatilis) caught
or taken from Maryland waters [or (of)] of the Chesapeake Bay
and its tributaries for the purpose of resale shall maintain records
showing the date and place of each purchase of such fish, the quantity
purchased, and the name of the person from whom the fish were
purchased; and such records shall at all times show every purchase
made during the preceding ninety-day period.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

(Senate Bill 85)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 705 (a)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources", subtitle "Oysters and Clams",
to repeal the provisions requiring oyster dealers to donate to the
state twenty-five per cent of their oyster shells.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 705 (a) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1966 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", subtitle "Oysters
and Clams", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
