The provisions as to such time for filing of a suit shall be deemed
to also permit claims made against the Unsatisfied Claim and Judg-
ment Fund of the State of Maryland, in the event such claim could
otherwise legally be made.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 292 of
Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Cumulative
Supplement), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Register of
Wills," correcting an error therein dealing with docket entries by
the Register of Wills.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 292 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Cumulative Supplement), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle
"Register of Wills," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
292.
Each register of wills in this State shall be required to keep a
proper docket showing the grant of letters testamentary or of ad-
ministration and a short entry of every paper or proceedings filed
in the orphans' court of his city or county, and every order of
courts or register setting forth the nature of such paper or proceed-
ings, with the proper reference to the place of recording the same,
similar in [very] every respect to the dockets as now required by
law to be kept in the several offices of the equity courts of this
State, and in addition to any books or dockets now required by law
to be kept, and which additional docket shall be subject to the same
supervision by State officials as other dockets now are.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1967.
