and has had daily average receipts from the sale of food in excess of
sales of alcoholic beverages during the twelve month period immedi-
ately preceding the application for license
SAID YEAR. All of said
licensees shall purchase all liquors and wines from the liquor control
board for Worcester County, and shall be charged therefor ten per
cent (10%)
FIFTEEN PER CENT (15%) less than the retail price
of the liquor control board except when making a purchase of one
(1) case or more of any one brand, at which time the discount shall
be fifteen per cent (15%) of said retail price
FOR SUCH LIQUORS
AND WINES. No license shall be issued unless said hotel or restau-
rant is operated in a clean and sanitary manner and is equipped
with proper rest-room facilities. All license fees shall go to the general
funds of the county except where the licensed premises are in an
incorporated town in which event [one half] seventy-five per cent
of the funds shall go to the incorporated town.

21.

(i-1) In Worcester County, such licenses shall be issued only m
the tenth election district
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF OCEAN CITY, and the annual fee for said license shall
be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). All license fees shall go to
the general funds of the county except where the licensed premises
are in an incorporated town, in which event seventy-five per cent
(75%) of the funds shall go to the incorporated town. All of said
licensees shall purchase all liquors and wines from the liquor con-
trol board for Worcester County, and shall be charged therefor ten
per cent (10%)

(N) SUCH LICENSES SHALL ONLY BE ISSUED IN THE
CITY OF BALTIMORE, IN ALLECANY, ANNE ARUNDEL,
BALTIMORE, CECIL, FREDERICK, KENT, MONTGOMERY,
PRINCE GEORGE'S, QUEEN ANNE'S, TALBOT AND
WASH-
INGTON COUNTIES, IN THE
TOWNS OF NORTH BEACH AND
CHESAPEAKE BEACH IN CALVERT COUNTY AND IN CAM-
BRIDGE ELECTION DISTRICT NO. 7 AND LINKWOOD ELEC-
TION DISTRICT NO. 14 IN DORCHESTER COUNTY AND IN

THE TOWN OF OCEAN CITY IN WORCESTER COUNTY,

(J) SUCH LICENSES SHALL BE ISSUED ONLY IN BALTI-
MORE CITY, ALLEGANY, ANNE ARUNDEL, BALTIMORE,
CHARLES, HOWARD, KENT, ST. MARY'S, AND WASHINGTON
COUNTIES AND IN THE TOWNS OF NORTH BEACH AND
CHESAPEAKE BEACH IN CALVERT COUNTY AND IN THE
TOWN OF OCEAN CITY IN WORCESTER COUNTY.

25.

(k) In Worcester County, the board of license commissioners may
issue a special permit to the holder of a seven (7) day Class B beer,
wine and liquor license
LOCATED IN THE TENTH ELECTION
DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY to permit said licensee to sell alcoholic
beverages to bona fide conventions and such other special groups as
may be approved
FIRST BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
