AN ACT to add new Section 211H-8 to Article 89B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1966 Supple-
ment), titled "State Roads," subtitle "Expenditures of Commis-
sions Funds and Programming and scheduling of Highway Proj-
ects", to follow immediately after Section 211H-7 thereof, to
amend the 20 year official highway needs study of the State Roads
Commission to provide for reconstruction of State Route 704 in
order to widen and resurface same between State Route 202 to
Ardwick and Ardmore Road, in Prince George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new section 211H-8 be and it is hereby added to Article 89B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and
1966 Supplement), title "State Roads", subtitle "Expenditures of
Commissions Funds and Programming and scheduling of Highway
Projects" to follow immediately after Section 211H-7 thereof, and
to read as follows:

211H-8 The official "20 year highway needs study" of the State
Roads Commission is hereby amended to show the need for the recon-
struction of State Route 704 between State Route 202 to Ardwick-
Ardmore Road, in Prince George's County, and its construction is
hereby authorized and directed to be undertaken as soon as it is
practicable to do so.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 354, 355
and 356 of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, 1964 Replacement Volume), title "Insurance", subtitle
"Nonprofit Health Service Plan", to provide for the establish-
ment of nonprofit health service plans which will include pharm-
acies and pharmacists, and relating generally to nonprofit health
service plans in Maryland.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 354, 355 and 356 of Article 48A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1964 Replacement Volume), be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, all
to read as follows:

354. Nonprofit Health Service Plans.
