ment," as now prescribed by law, and immediately after said election,
due returns shall be made to the Governor of the vote for and
against said proposed amendment, as directed by said Article 14 of
the Constitution and further proceedings had in accordance with
said Article 14.

AN ACT to add new Section 43(h) of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, and 1965 Supplement) titled
"Elections," subtitle "Reports to Boards," to follow immediately
after Section 43 (g), to authorize the Board of Supervisors of Elec-
tions for Prince George's County, upon receipt of notification of
a change of address of a registered voter from the postal author-
ities, the water department, and other public service companies
as provided for in subsection 43 (f) of the Article AND/OR PUB-
LIC SERVICE COMPANIES OR AGENCIES, to change the
address within the county of said registered voter who has re-
moved himself from a precinct or election district within the
county to another precinct or election district within the county,
by advising the registered voter that unless he show cause to the
contrary why his voting residence shall not be changed on the
registration books of the Election Board, the board of supervisors
of elections shall have fee authority to change the registered
voter's residence to the precinct or election district within the
county as furnished to the board of supervisors of elections by the
aforesaid postal authorities, water companies, or other public serv-
ice companies. , HIS ADDRESS WILL BE SO CHANGED.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 43 (h) be and is hereby added to Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1965 Supplement), title
"Elections" subtitle "Reports to Boards" to follow immediately after
Section 43 (g) thereof, and to read as follows:
43.
(h) Within Prince George's County, the board of supervisors of
elections, upon receipt of a change of address of any registered voter
from the postal authorities, respectively, the water department or
AND/OR public service companies OR AGENCIES serving persons
within the county, shall have mailed to the registered voter whose ad-
dress has been so indicated as changed by the aforesaid authorities, a
notice showing the voter's previous address as indicated upon the reg-
istration books; the new precinct and election district designation,
advising that, unless the registered voter show cause to the contrary
within 14 days of the mailing of the notice, the board of supervisors
of elections shall change the voter's address on the registration books
to correspond with the address as provided by the postal authorities,
water department and other public service companies AND/OR
PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANIES OR AGENCIES, and no further
notification to the voter shall be required.
