CHAPTER 473
(House Bill 806)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 15 (a)
of Article 65A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Re-
placement Volume), title "Morgan State College," subtitle "Con-
struction of Additional Facilities," to provide for the construc-
tion, maintenance, equipment, repair, and operation of certain
buildings other than dormitories.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 15 (a) of Article 65A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Morgan State College,"
subtitle "Construction of Additional Facilities," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
15.
(a) To construct, maintain, equip, repair and operate one or
more dormitories or other buildings for the use of the College or
its students;
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1966.

AN ACT to add new Section 30A to Article 26 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit
Courts for the Counties—Court Stenographers," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 30 thereof; and generally authorizing the Cir-
cuit Courts for the counties of the Seventh Judicial Circuit to
regulate bail bonds and bail bondsmen in those counties.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 30A be and it is hereby added to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Courts," subtitle
"Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court Stenographers," to follow
immediately after Section 30 thereof, and to read as follows:
30 A.
The Circuit Courts for each county of the Seventh Judicial Circuit
are authorized to prescribe by rule of court the terms and conditions
of bail bonds filed in the Circuit Court or with any inferior court,
trial magistrate or justice of the peace in or for each county respec-
tively. The power granted herein includes but is not limited to
prescribing the qualifications of and fees charged by bondsmen.
Violations of any rule of court promulgated hereunder shall be con-
sidered contempt of court and punished as for contempt.
