or resolution adopted by the County Commissioners of [Harford
County] Dorchester and Harford Counties.
(W) (1) TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENTS IN THE COUNTY.
(2) IN DORCHESTER COUNTY THE FOLLOWING MINI-
MUM AMOUNTS SHALL BE CONTRIBUTED ANNUALLY TO
FIRE COMPANIES IN THE COUNTY:
CAMBRIDGE, $4,000; HURLOCK, $3,000; SECRETARY, $2,500;
VIENNA, $2,500; EAST NEW MARKET, $2,500; ELDORADO,
$2,000; NECK, $2,000; LLOYDS, $2,000; LAKES AND STRAITS,
$2,000; CHURCH CREEK, $2,000; MADISON, $2,000; HOOPERS
ISLAND, $2,000; LINKWOOD-SALEM, $2,000; AND TAYLORS
ISLAND, $2,000.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 474 (c)
and 474 (d) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore City
(1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "Councilmanic and
Legislative Districts," as added, last amended by Chapter 1 of the
Acts of 1964; Special Session (March 11, 1964) revising the
boundaries of the Second and Third Legislative Districts of Balti-
more City.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 474 (c) and 474 (d) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle
"Councilmanic and Legislative Districts," as added, last amended by
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1964; Special Session (March 11, 1964)
be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

(c) The Second Legislative District is composed of the area
within Precinct One to Six, inclusive, of Ward Number Six [;] , and
of the area within Ward Number 7; and of the area within [Pre-
cinct] Precincts Two and Three and within Precincts [Ten] Four-
teen to Twenty-six, inclusive, in Ward Number Eight; and of the
area within Precincts Six to Twenty-two, inclusive, of Ward Number
Nine; and of the area within Precinct Twenty-five of Ward Number
Nine; and of the area within Wards Numbers 10, 11, and 12; and of
the area within Precincts One, Two, and Twelve of Ward Number
