(House Bill 84)

AN ACT to add a new section SUBSECTION to Chapter 780 of
the Laws of Maryland, 1959, as amended, said new section to be
numbered 22(h) to follow immediately after Section 22(g) of said

act, (Said new section, to also be added to the Code of Local Laws

of Prince George's County as Section 59-23(h) ) the purpose of

the said new Section being to add to the Maryland-Washington
Metropolitan District in Prince George's County all of the land
in said County not now included therein, excepting only Laurel
and vicinity and areas within the incorporated limits of Greenbelt,
and District Heights. AMENDED BY CHAPTER 596 OF THE
LAWS OF 1961, CHAPTER 738 OF THE LAWS OF 1963 AND
CHAPTER 880 OF THE LAWS OF 1965, BEING ALSO SEC-
TION 59-23 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY (1963 EDITION, AS AMENDED)
THE SAME BEING ARTICLE 17 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC
LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND AND BEING ALSO SECTION
72-27 OF THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CODE (1960 EDI-
TION, AS AMENDED) THE SAME BEING ARTICLE 16 OF
THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, TO
FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUB-SECTION (G), TO IN-
CLUDE WITHIN THE MARYLAND-WASHINGTON METRO-
POLITAN DISTRICT CERTAIN ADDITIONAL AREAS
WITHIN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section, numbered 22(h), entitled "1966 Addition in
Prince George's County" be and is hereby added to Chapter 780 of
the Laws of Maryland, 1959, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 596 OF
THE LAWS OF 1961, CHAPTER 738 OF THE LAWS OF 1963
AND CHAPTER 880 OF THE LAWS OF 1965, BEING ALSO
SECTION 59-23 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY (1963 EDITION, AS AMENDED)
THE SAME ARTICLE 17 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF MARYLAND AND BEING ALSO SECTION 72-27 OF
THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CODE (1960 EDITION, AS
AMENDED) THE SAME BEING ARTICLE 16 OF THE CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, to follow immediately
after Section 22 (g), and to read as follows:

(h) 1966 Addition in Prince George's County.

The boundaries of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District
within Prince George's County are extended by the addition thereto
of the following described areas which said areas shall hereafter be
integral portions of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District
in Prince George's County:

(1)    All of the Queen Anne Election District (No. 7), not pre-
viously included within the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan
District.

(2)    All of the Marlboro Election District (No. 3).
