AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 645S of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and
1965 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "II.
Venue, Procedure and Sentence," subheading "Sentence and
Punishment," to provide for employment of prisoners in Anne
Arundel County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 645S of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and 1965 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," subtitle "II. Venue, Procedure and Sentence," subheading
"Sentence and Punishment," be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
645S.
The provisions of this subtitle apply in Baltimore City and in all
counties except [Anne Arundel,] Baltimore County, Caroline, Dor-
chester, Harford, Montgomery, Somerset, Washington, and Wicomico
counties.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 150 of
Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "Inheritance
Tax," to exclude from possible benefit of the exemption provisions
any corporation, trust, fund or foundation having as its purpose
or as a substantial part of its activities the carrying on of propa-
ganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 150 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Replacement Volume), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle
"Inheritance Tax," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows.
