such, fact, giving such person's name and address, if known, a de-
scription of the injury, and any other facts concerning the affair
which might assist in the detection of crime. Any such person
failing so to report shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable
in any court of competent criminal jurisdiction by a fine not exceed-
ing twenty-five dollars ($25.00). The provisions of this section shall
only apply in Charles, Kent, Montgomery, Talbot, Somerset and
Prince George's counties.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 385
(House Bill 5)
AN ACT to add new Section 689 (d-1) to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," subtitle "Places of Reformation and Punishment," sub-
heading "Department of Correction—Institutions," to follow im-
mediately after Section 689(d) thereof, and to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Section 689 (f) of the said Article, subtitle and
subheading of the Code, to designate by law the name of the
correctional institution in Washington County known as the Mary-
land Correctional Training Center—Hagerstown and to designate
by law the name of the headquarters for the Maryland correctional
camp system.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 689(d-1) be and it is hereby added to Article 27
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement), title "Crimes
and Punishments," subtitle "Places of Reformation and Punish-
ment," subheading "Department of Correction—Institutions," to
follow immediately after Section 689(d) thereof, and to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 689(f) of the said Article, sub-
title and subheading of the Code, and all to read as follows:
689.
(d-1) The Maryland Correctional Training Center—Hagerstown.
(f) The Maryland Correctional Camp Center located at Jessup.
In connection with this Center, the [The] Department of Correction
is authorized to operate correctional camps as established from time
to time elsewhere in the State.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
