CHAPTER 371
(House Bill 191)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 162A(a)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and In-
land Water Fish," subheading "Waterfowl and Migratory Birds,"
to add Anne Arundel County to those counties wherein it is un-
lawful to fish in or within five hundred (500) yards of any hunt-
ing blind during hunting season.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 162A(a) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1965 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Waterfowl and
Migratory Birds," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
162A.
(a) In Talbot [and], Queen Anne's and Anne Arundel counties,
during the season for taking of migratory waterfowl, it is unlawful
for any person to fish by any means within five hundred (500)
yards of any duck, goose or other migratory waterfowl hunting
blind which is occupied and is then being used for the shooting of
or attempting to shoot migratory waterfowl.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 372
(House Bill 197)
AN ACT to propose an amendment to Section 21 of Article IV of
the Constitution of Maryland, title "Judiciary Department," subtitle
"Part III Circuit Courts," increasing the number of Judges of the
Second Judicial Circuit who may reside in Cecil County, and sub-
mitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the State for
their adoption or rejection.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
(three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two houses
concurring), That the following section be and the same is hereby
proposed as an amendment to Section 21 of Article IV of the Constitu-
tion of Maryland titled "Judiciary Department," subtitle "Part III
Circuit Courts," the same, if adopted by the legally qualified voters
of the State, as herein provided, to become a part of the Constitution
of Maryland, and to read as follows:
