* When the process weight is in excess of sixty thousand pounds per
hour, there shall not be discharged in any one hour from any source
whatsoever dust or fumes in excess of .066 per cent of the hourly
process weight.

255B. Except as noted below, no person shall, in Howard County,
kindle an open fire in any public or private place outside of any
building. Fires started in violation of this section shall be promptly
extinguished by the person(s) responsible for same upon notice by
the designated officer.
