BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS—CAPITAL APPROPRIATION

17.01.00.01 Capital Appropriation

To the Board of Public Works to be used for
certain necessary planning, building, con-
struction, deferred maintenance and equip-
ment purposes of the State and for acquiring
certain land as listed in the Program and
Performance statement for this appropria-
tion, the cost of which is $50,000 or less. The
expenditures of these funds are to be made
under the same legal provisions as are ap-
plicable to General Construction Loan Funds
for like purposes.
