(5) All amounts that the applicant has received, or in the opinion
of the court, is likely to receive under any insurance policy which
affords AND IS LIMITED TO indemnity for injuries or other dam-
ages caused by uninsured motorists.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(House Bill 1015)
AN ACT to add new Section 86(f-l) to Article 66½ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle
"Administration—Registration—Titling," to follow immediately
after Section 86 (f) thereof, providing for the continued validity
of operators' and chauffeurs' licenses issued to certain members of
the Armed Forces.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 86 (f-1) be and it is hereby added to Article 66½
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Motor
Vehicles," subtitle "Administration—Registration—Titling," to fol-
low immediately after Section 86 (f) thereof, and to read as follows:
86.
(f-1) Notwithstanding Section 86 (c), an operator's or chauf-
feur's license held by any person who enters or is on active service
in the armed forces of the United States shall continue in full
force and effect so long as such active service continues and such
person is absent from this State, and for a further period of thirty
days following the date of such person's discharge or separation from
active service or return to this State, unless such license is sooner sus-
pended, cancelled, or revoked for cause according to law. Such li-
cense which otherwise would have expired under Section 86 (c) shall
be valid only if the licensee has in his immediate possession together
with such license, his papers indicating his active service outside
this State, or his discharge or separation, as the case may be.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
