defendant resides or may be served as in other civil actions. Actions
against different defendants may be consolidated, in the discretion of
the court, if the alleged violations are of the same provision, have oc-
curred in the same or an adjoining county, relate to the same pro-
duction season, and such consolidation can be made without
prejudice to a substantial right of any defendant.
(d) Nothing in this section shall be interpreted in any way to
affect the rights of a producer of raw agricultural products, who
has not signed a contract with a co-operative agricultural marketing
association, to bargain for his crop individually with any processor
BUYER. A processor BUYER may, but shall not be required to,
bargain for any of his raw agricultural product requirements with any
co-operative agricultural marketing association or associations. The
inability of a processor BUYER or his refusal to meet the terms and
conditions of any co-operative agricultural marketing association
proposed contract shall not be interpreted as a boycott or discrimina-
tion against the co-operative agricultural marketing association or its
members.
(e) Violation of this section is punishable upon conviction by
fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 112 of
Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement
Volume), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Debts," TO RE-
PEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1
OF ARTICLE 67 OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND
(1957 EDITION), TITLE "NEGLIGENCE CAUSING DEATH,"
to amend the six-month limitation for suits against an estate of a
testator or intestate to include property damage as well as personal
injury and to allow suit after such period in the event the cause of
action against the estate would be covered by an existing insurance
policy OR THE UNSATISFIED CLAIM AND JUDGMENT
FUND, AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR APPLICATION OF
THIS SECTION IN CASES OF NEGLIGENCE CAUSING
DEATH.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 112 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle
"Debts," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
