hearing provided for in this subtitle, no complaint shall be made
until the termination thereof. Any agent, authorized by the Depart-
ment to represent it shall have the authority to enforce the provisions
of this subtitle and may make complaint against any person violating
the same.
SECTION 26. ALL OF THE PRECEDING SECTIONS SHALL
BE SUBJECT TO SECTION 28 OF ARTICLE 96A.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to add new Sections 40A-1 through 40A-11, inclusive, to
the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963
Edition, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Prince George's County," to follow immediately
after Subtitle 40 thereof and to be under the new subtitle "Prince
George's County Historical and Cultural Trust," providing gen-
erally for the creation of the Prince George's County Historical
and Cultural Trust, its purpose and term of existence, the selec-
tion, terms, powers and duties of its Trustees, the general govern-
ment of the Trust, certain matters relating to the acquisition and
disposition by the Trust of properties of historic, aesthetic and
cultural interest and other matters incident thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 40A-1 through 40A-11, inclusive, be and they are
hereby added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1963 Edition, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland) title "Prince George's County," to follow im-
mediately after Subtitle 40 thereof and to be under the new subtitle
"Prince George's County Historical and Cultural Trust," and all to
read as follows:
Prince George's County Historical and Cultural Trust
40A-1.
The Prince George's County Historical and Cultural Trust is
hereby created for the purpose of preserving and maintaining his-
torical, aesthetic and cultural properties, buildings, fixtures, furnish-
ings, and appurtenances pertaining in any way to Prince George's
County from earliest times, to encourage others to do so and to pro-
mote interest in and study of such matters.
40A-2.
The purpose of the Trust is declared to be of general benefit to the
citizens of Prince George's County and charitable in nature. The
Trust shall be a body corporate and shall have perpetual existence,
subject to modification by the General Assembly of the State of
