J. MILLARD TAWES, Governor 1001 Public Ways and Sidewalks 74. Definition of Public Ways. The term "public ways" as used in this charter [shall] includes 75. Control of Public Ways. The town [shall have] has control of all public ways in the town 76. Public ways: Powers. [ (a) ] The town [shall have the power] may: [(b)] (1) [To] Establish, regulate, and change from time to [(c)] (2) [To] Grade, lay out, construct, open, extend, and [(d)] (3) [To] Grade, straighten, widen, alter, improve, or [(e)] (4) [To] Pave, surface, repave, or resurface any town [(f)] (5) [To] Install, construct, reconstruct, repair, and [(g)] (6) [To] Construct, reconstruct, maintain, and repair [(h)] (7) [To] Name town public ways. [(i)] (8) [To] Have surveys, plans, specifications, and esti- 77. Sidewalks: Powers.
