(Senate Bill 257)

AN ACT to add a new Section 109 (a) (73) to Article 26 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement),
title "Courts", sub-title "Municipal Court of Baltimore City", to
follow immediately after Section 109 (a) (72) thereof, providing
that the Municipal Court of Baltimore City shall have jurisdiction
to try persons accused of CERTAIN license offenses under Article
56 of the Maryland Code.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 109 (a) (73) be and it is hereby added to Article
26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Sup-
plement), title "Courts", sub-title "Municipal Court of Baltimore
City", to follow immediately after Section 109 (a) (72) thereof, and
to read as follows:
