(b-2) In Harford County any volunteer fire company may elect

(Senate Bill 295)
AN ACT to repeal Section 165 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title
"Landlord and Tenant", repealing a duplicate local law of Charles
County concerning a lien on certain crops provided in cases of
renting land therein.
Whereas, the provisions of Section 165 of the Local Laws of
Charles County are codified also as Section 25 of Article 53 in the
Annotated Code; and
Whereas, since this section applies in several counties it is desir-
able to repeal the law in the local code in order that there will be no
duplication; now, therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 165 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County
(1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title "Landlord and Tenant",
be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.
