be lawful for any person to perform such work unless he has first
taken out a plumber's certificate as provided in the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1910, Chapter 436.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 350 and 351 of Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll
County", sub-title "Surveyor", repealing obsolete local laws of
Carroll County concerning the duties and compensation of the
County Surveyor and the duties of the County Commissioners with
respect thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 350 and 351 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title
"Surveyor", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal Section 35A of Article 7 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Carroll County",
sub-title "Coal", as said section was enacted by Chapter 316 of
1937, repealing an obsolete local law of Carroll County which regu-
lates the delivering, selling, or offering for sale of coal and coke.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 35A of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Coal",
as said section Was enacted by Chapter 316 of 1937, be and it is
hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.
