(g) Any person who shall practice under any name except his
own true name as set forth on the license issued him or her; uses
any sign in violation of paragraph (c), Section 491 of this subtitle;
or who shall use large display or glaring light signs;

(h) Any person against whom charges, upon which a revocation
or suspension of his or her certificate may be based have been made,
shall be notified of the fact and a copy of the charges shall be sent
him or her by the Board of [Chiropody] Podiatry Examiners, and
such shall be given a fair and impartial trial by the said Board of
[Chiropody] Podiatry Examiners whose decision shall be made by
a majority of said Board of [Chiropody] Podiatry Examiners. Any
person aggrieved by a decision of the said Board of [Chiropody]
Podiatry Examiners may appeal from such decision to the circuit
court in the county in which the name of such person is registered,
or if such resides in Baltimore City, to the Circuit Court of Baltimore
City.

491.

All display advertising by [chiropodists] podiatrists is hereby
prohibited, except the following:

(a)    A [chiropodist] podiatrist may use a person card of not more
than 3½" by 2" upon which may be printed only his name, title or
degree, address, telephone number and office hours.

(b)    A [chiropodist] podiatrist may notify by mail any bona fide
patient that 60 days have elapsed since any foot examination was
made by such [chiropodist] podiatrist, such notice shall not be more
than 5½" by 3½"; removal notices may be mailed by a [chiropodist]
podiatrist notifying any bona fide patient of such [chiropodist]
podiatrist that said [chiropodist] podiatrist is removing his address
to such address set forth on such notice, such notice shall not be
more than 5½" by 3½"; notices may be mailed to the general public
by any [chiropodist] podiatrist who is about to begin the practice
of [chiropody] podiatry notifying the public of this fact, such notice
shall not be more than 5½" by 3½"; such personal card, removal
notice or begin-practice notice may be printed in any newspaper or
publication in the State, not more than one notice shall be in any
newspaper or publication at one time nor shall such notice be more
than 3½" by 2".

(c)    Each person holding a license under this subtitle may exhibit
on the door or the wall of the building wherein he shall practice
[chiropody] podiatry, not more than two signs on which shall be
placed the name, title or degree and office hours of such person, the
letters of which shall not exceed three inches square. A person
practicing [chiropody] podiatry in any building may exhibit such
sign on the door of his office in addition to those on the door or
wall of such building.

492.

[Chiropody] Podiatry as defined by this subtitle is the diagnosis,
surgical, medical or mechanical treatment of all ailments of the human
foot. The term "surgical treatment" is defined for the purposes of
this subtitle as limited to the cutting or surgery performed on the
soft tissues of the foot, superficial to the deep fascia, and to the toes;
