11.01.01.16 Nursing Rate Increase Contingent
Fund

To provide for an increase in the
nursing home rates to $210 per
month for payment through pub-
lic assistance categories.

No portion of the funds hereby ap-
propriated is to be paid for serv-
ices rendered under the higher
rates provided for by these funds
unless the nursing home ren-
dering the services is certified by
the State Department of Health
as meeting the standards of serv-
ices set by the department for
which the higher rates are paid.

To become available immediately
