The State Comptroller is hereby authorized to
pay to the Teachers' Retirement System,
Federal Funds appropriated in the State De-
partment of Education's Budget and Special
Funds appropriated in the University of
Maryland's Budget for their respective share
of retirement costs.

13.04.04.02   Supplementation to Teachers' Pensions

STATE AIDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

13.04.05.01   Maryland School for the Blind. Appropriations are

to be disbursed by the Treasury Department on
transmittal from the State Department of Edu-
cation, in accordance with regulations prescribed
by said State Department of Education. Any
part of this appropriation, by consent of both
parties may be used for matching purposes in
the event Federal Funds are available. This ap-
propriation is contingent upon the school's
complying with the provisions of Chapter 86
of the Acts of 1949.

13.04.05.02   Maryland Workshop for the Blind. Appropriations

are to be disbursed by the Treasury Department
on transmittal from the State Department of
Education, in accordance with regulations pre-
scribed by said State Department of Education.
Any part of this appropriation, by consent of
both parties, may be used for matching purposes
in the event Federal Funds are available. This
appropriation is contingent upon the workshop's
complying with the provisions of Chapter 86
of the Acts of 1949.
