from motor vehicle revenue to pay the State
Roads Commission—Toll Facilities Depart-
ment for the use of the State's toll facilities by
the ambulance equipment of volunteer fire
companies and other nonprofit agencies of the
State in the movement of sick or injured per-
sons and by organized groups of school chil-
dren on visits to the State Capitol to be spent
under the direction of the Toll Facilities De-
