from time to time under the direction of the Board of County Com-
missioners of Calvert County and also making provision for the
publication, sale and distribution of any such supplement.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That any supplement to the 1963 Edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Calvert County which is published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County is legalized. Any
such supplement shall contain all public local laws relating to Calvert
County amended or added after the publication of the 1963 Code and
it shall contain all amendments and additions to the charters of the
several municipal corporations within Calvert County as added or
amended after the publication of the 1963 Code. Any such supplement
shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of the State, by all the
justices of the peace and trial magistrates of the State, and by all
other public officials of the State and of its political subdivisions, to
be evidence of the changes and amendments to the Public Local Laws
of Calvert County following the publication of the 1963 Code.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Calvert County may make an appropriation to provide
for the publication of any supplement and may provide for the sale
and distribution of the supplement.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(Senate Bill 159)
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Calvert County to borrow, upon the faith and credit of Calvert
County, an amount or amounts not exceeding Three Million Dol-
lars ($3,000,000) and to issue bonds therefor for the construction,
alteration, remodeling and equipping of schools and school facili-
ties in Calvert County and for the acquisition of sites therefor;
and providing for the levy of taxes in Calvert County for the
payment of principal and interest on such bonds and/or the
pledging of the proceeds of the School Building Incentive Fund
and of certain other monies and revenues for such purposes.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the County Commissioners of Calvert County be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to borrow at one time, or from
time to time, on the faith and credit of said County, a sum or sums
not exceeding in the aggregate Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000),
and to issue and sell bonds therefor, the proceeds thereof to be used
for the construction, alteration, remodeling and equipping of schools
and school facilities in Calvert County, and for the acquisition of
sites therefor, and to pay all expenses, including advertising, print-
ing, and legal fees, incurred in the issuance and sale of any bonds
