CHAPTER 200
(House Bill 154)

AN ACT to repeal Title 26A of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County, 1962 Supplement, being Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Redevelopment and Re-
habilitation Commission," last amended by Chapter 754 of the
Acts of 1961.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Title 26A of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County,
1962 Supplement, being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Commission,"
last amended by Chapter 754 of the Acts of 1961, be and it is hereby
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

Approved April 8, 1965.

CHAPTER 201
(House Bill 1197)

AN ACT to add new Section 125D to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," subtitle "Crimes and Punishments," subheading "Elec-
tronic Devices," to follow immediately after Section 125C thereof;
requiring registration of eavesdropping and/or wire tapping
devices as defined, making unlawful the manufacture, transfer,
and possession of such devices in violation of the registration pro-
visions, and providing penalties therefor.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 125D be and it is hereby added to Article 27 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Supplement), title "Crimes
and Punishments," subtitle "Crimes and Punishments," subheading
"Electronic Devices," to follow immediately after Section 125C
thereof, and to read as follows:

125D.

(a)    Every person possessing any eavesdropping and/or wire
tapping device shall register such device with the Superintendent
of State Police or with a person designated by the Superintendent.
Information to be furnished with such registration shall include
the name, address, identifying characteristics, and occupation of
the possessor of such device, and of the owner or owners if different
persons from the possessor, and an identifying description of each
such device possessed, and such further information as the Superin-
tendent may require.

(b)    From and after the effective date of this Act, it shall be
