AND (IV) HAS ANNUAL GROSS RECEIPTS FROM THE SALE
OF FOOD (AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN) WHICH EX-
CEEDS ANNUAL GROSS RECEIPTS FROM THE SALE OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ALL AS CERTIFIED BY AN AUDIT
AS IS REQUIRED IN PARAGRAPH (4) OF THIS SUBSECTION.
This license in a, restaurant does not permit sales at bars or counters
or sales for consumption anywhere except inside the building in ON
THE PREMISES ON which meals are prepared and served. This
license is not transferable,
(If) Every licensee under this subsection shall supply SUBMIT
ANNUALLY to the license commissioner of the county annually with
an audit AN AUDIT BY A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT showing
the amount of receipts from sales of food and from the sales of
alcoholic beverages.
(n) Such licenses shall only be issued in Baltimore City, and
Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dor-
chester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Kent, Montgomery, Prince
George's, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico and Wor-
cester counties.

FOR THE SALE OF BEER AND LIGHT WINE AND A, B AND
C LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR,
AS AUTHORIZED BY THIS ARTICLE, SHALL BE ISSUED FOR
PLACES OF BUSINESS LOCATED IN ANY OF THE FOLLOW-
ING ELECTION DISTRICTS OF SAID COUNTY: BUCKEYS-
TOWN (1ST), FREDERICK (2ND), CREAGERSTOWN (4TH),
EMMITSBURG (5TH), URBANA (7TH), LIBERTY (8TH), NEW
MARKET (9TH), WOODSBORO (11TH), PETERSVILLE (12TH),
MT. PLEASANT (13TH), THURMONT (15TH), WOODVILLE
(18TH), LEWISTOWN (20TH), BRADDOCK (24TH), BRUNS-
WICK (25TH), AND WALKERSVILLE (26TH).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(House Bill 1060)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 20-25,
titled "Prince George's County," subtitled "County Treasurer,"
subheading "Advertisement of tax sales," and Section 57-1 titled
"Prince George's County," subtitled "Notice-Legal," subheading
"Requirements," of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1963 Edition), it being Article 17 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, to provide a change in the requirements
or qualifications of a newspaper in which legal advertisements or
notices may be published in Prince George's County.
