21-5.

It shall be unlawful to break and enter into any shop, storeroom,
filling station, garage, trailer, cabin, diner, tobacco house, ware-
house or any other building, although the same be not contiguous to
or used with any mansion house.

Every person convicted of the crime of breaking and entering into
any shop, storeroom, filling station, garage, trailer, cabin, diner,
tobacco house, warehouse or any other building, although the same
be not contiguous to or used with any mansion house, or as being
accessory thereto, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall
be sentenced to confinement in the Maryland House of Correction
or the County Jail for not less than three (3) months or for not more
than eighteen (18) months.

The People's Court for Prince George's County shall have con-
current jurisdiction with the Circuit Court of said County to hear
and determine the offense provided for in this Section.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Chapter 72-84 of
the Montgomery County Code (1960 Edition, being Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Montgomery
County," subtitle "Park and Planning Commission," as enacted by
Chapter 780 of the Acts of 1959; and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 59-83 of the Prince George's County Code
(1963 Edition, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Prince George's County," subtitle "Park and
Planning Commission," as enacted by said Chapter 780 of the Acts
of 1959, providing for procedure on zoning map amendments in
Prince George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Chapter 72-84 of the Montgomery County Code (1960 Edition,
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Montgomery County," subtitle "Park and Planning Commission," as
enacted by Chapter 780 of the Acts of 1959; and Section 59-83 of the
Prince George's County Code (1963 Edition, being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's
County," subtitle "Park and Planning Commission," as enacted by
said Chapter 780 of the Acts of 1959, be and they are hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and all to read as follows:

72-84. Article 16.
59-83. Article 17.

(b) Prince George's County Planning Procedure on Zoning Map
Amendments. Before any map amendment shall be passed in Prince
