title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Boards of License Com-
missioners," to empower the Board of License Commissioners
for Baltimore County to appoint a chief license inspector and
certain other license inspectors, and to designate the salary of
said inspectors.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 158 (f) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Boards of
License Commissioners," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments to read as follows:
158.
(f) (1) The Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore
County are authorized to appoint a chief license inspector and such
other license inspectors as said Board from time to time deems
necessary. The salary of the chief license inspector shall be no less
than thirty-four hundred dollars ($3,400.00) per annum and the
salary of each of the remaining license inspectors shall be no less
than three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per annum.
(2) In Baltimore County, in addition to the other powers and
duties conferred on them the board of license commissioners may
prescribe rules and regulations regarding the presence of any per-
son under the age of twenty-one (21) years on any premises licensed
to sell alcoholic beverages; and also may prescribe rules and regu-
lations concerning the granting and the date of issuing licenses when
the actual use of the license is to be deferred until the completion
of construction work or alterations on the premises.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(House Bill 204)
AN ACT relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission,
to add new Section 83-101A to the Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1963 Edition), and new Section 73-120A to the
Montgomery County Code (1960 Edition), being Articles 17 and
16, respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
titles "Prince George's County," and "Montgomery County," sub-
title "Washington Suburban Sanitary District," authorizing the
Commission to cooperate with any State, County or municipal
agency engaged in an Urban Renewal Project and providing for
the payment to the Commission of its costs or expenses for the
relocation, construction or reconstruction of Commission facilities
in an Urban Renewal Project.
