(b) In addition, one student from each senatorial district of the
State, appointed according to the provisions of Section 282 of this article,
shall be educated for each academic year by the College free of charge
for tuition.

"263E.

(a)   There is hereby established a program of State scholarships for
students enrolled in Mount Saint Mary's College. Two students from each
senatorial district of the State, appointed according to the provisions of
Section 282 of this article, shall be educated for each academic year by
the College free of charge for tuition, room and board.

(b)    In addition, one student from each senatorial district of the
State, appointed according to the provisions of Section 282 of this article,
shall be educated for each academic year by the College free of charge
for tuition."

Amendments to the Amendments to Senate Bill No. 26
By Delegates Wheatley, Bossle, McGuirk and Dillon, offered from the floor :

Amendment No. 1—On page 1 of the mimeographed amendments in
line 2 of amendment No. 1 and also in line 2 of Amendment No. 2, imme-
diately following the numerals "263E" in each instance insert the fol-
lowing: ", 263F".

Amendment No. 2—On page 2 of the mimeographed amendments,
immediately following the last line of Section 263E, add the following new
section:

"263F. The several programs of scholarships established in Sections
263A, 263B, 263C, 263D, and 263E above shall take effect for the first
time during the fiscal year 1965-66. The Governor shall include the neces-
sary funds in the budget bill for that year, for the several scholarship
programs in the sections specified."

In lines 3 and 4 of Section 281 on page 4 of the third reading file
bill, strike out the words "One student" and insert in lieu thereof the
following: "Two students".
