INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION
House Resolution No. 6—By All Members of the House of Delegates:

House Resolution expressing best wishes to Anthony C. Davis for a
speedy recovery from his illness.

We have been informed that Anthony C. Davis, Proofreader for
the General Assembly, has just recently become ill and is now confined
to his home on Maryland Avenue in Annapolis.

Tony Davis has a record of continuous service to the General
Assembly that is truly outstanding. For more than sixty years, he
has served the General Assembly in various capacities. In recent
years, he has been responsible for the proofreading of third reading
file bills.

We take this opportunity to send him our best wishes and to ex-
press the hope that he will soon be feeling better; now therefore,
be it

Resolved by the House of Delegates of Maryland, That the best
wishes of the members of this body are expressed to Anthony C.
Davis for a speedy recovery from his illness; and be it further

Resolved, That the Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates is re-
quested to send a copy of this Resolution to Anthony C. Davis, Mary-
land Avenue in Annapolis.

Read and adopted.

Senate Bill No. 30—By Senator Dorf:

Subject: "MOTOR VEHICLES," subtitle "UNSATISFIED CLAIM
AND JUDGMENT FUND," CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF AN UN-
INSURED MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER THE UNSATISFIED CLAIM
AND JUDGMENT FUND.

Favorable report adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
reading.

On motion of Mr. Lowe, duly seconded, and two-thirds of all the
members-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by
yeas and nays as follows, to permit said bill to be put on third reading
and final passage.
