A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 11 of Article 49B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Sup-
plement), title "Interracial Commission," subtitle "Discrimination in
Public Accommodations"; to repeal Section 16 of said Article, subtitle
"Enforcement Powers of Commission"; and to repeal Section 2 of Chapter
228 of the Acts of 1963, amending the laws concerning discrimination in
certain forms of public accommodation in this State and also the laws
