Amendment to Senate Bill No. 21
By the Allegany County Delegation:

In line 5 of the title, line 2 of subsection (a), line 1 of subsection (b)
and line 1 of subsection (c), on page 1 and 2 of the Third Reading File Bill,
strike out, in each instance, the following: "shall" and insert in lieu
thereof, in each instance, the following: "may".

Which amendment was read and adopted.
Favorable report, as amended, adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
reading.

On motion of Mr. Staten, duly seconded, and two-thirds of all the
members-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by
yeas and nays as follows, to permit said bill to be put on third reading
and final passage.
