insert in lieu thereof the following: "The pensions or salaries to retired
judges or widows of judges provided by this section shall be included
and paid from the appropriation which provides for the payment of the
pensions and salaries for retired judges or widows of judges as provided
by Sections 49 and 50 of this Article."
