This being the day appointed by the Governor for a Special Session
of the General Assembly at 10:00 A. M.
Mr. James P. Mause, Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates during
the regular session of February, 1964 called the House to order.
Prayer was offered by Rev. Harold C. Wolf, Pastor of Fort Wash-
ington Methodist Church.
