DIRECT THE MARYLAND COMMISSION FOR CHILDREN AND
YOUTH TO EMPHASIS AND STUDY PROBLEMS CONCERNED
WITH THE PROBLEM OF OUT-OF-SCHOOL UNEMPLOYED YOUTH.

Senator James, for the Rules Committee recommended Senate Joint
Resolution No. 3 be re-referred to the Finance Committee.
